Park Owner Membership to the Manufactured Home Park Owners Alliance of B.C. (MHPOABC) gives you access to all these Forms, Letters and Management Information Notes from our Members' Area where they are linked for downloading.
In addition to having website access, hard copies are provided to Park Owner Members in a Park Owners' Manual. (However downloading the forms allows you to personalize them to your business, saving you hours reproducing them and also eliminating the possibility of errors). Revisions and new Forms, Letters and Management Notes are continually being developed keeping pace with changing procedures and government regulation.

Tenancy Agreements, Required Terms, Attachments Understanding the tenancy agreement requirements and a check list to ensure you have covered all the points. Remember you only get do this once.

Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Agreements The Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of BC suggests using this tenancy agreement for new tenancies. The form includes the required government terms, as well as clauses protecting the landlord's interests and property rights. To this Agreement, the park owner would attach all additional agreements listed below that apply to this park, to create a comprehensive package (such as Park Rules & Regulations, Addendum for Crime Free Housing, Oil Tank Agreement, Pet Agreement, Parking/Storage Agreement). Each page of the Agreement and the attachments should be initialled by the new tenant and by the landlord. Family Park Seniors’ Park

Park Rules & Regulations A well-run park increases values of homes in the park.

|
|
Addendum for "Crime Free Housing" Attachment to a Residential Tenancy Agreement stating that any drug or crime related activity shall be good cause for a notice to end the tenancy.

Oil Tank Agreement & Fire Code This document specifically addresses the serious environmental safety hazard of potential oil leaks, which can result in environmental damage to the ground and/or well water that may be very costly to rectify and may affect the future of the park. When the home is changing owners, it is important to ensure that oil tanks are brought up to current fire and environmental protection requirements.

Parking Agreement For paid storage of extra vehicles, campers, etc.

Pet Agreement This agreement, when necessary, should form part of a Tenancy Agreement.
