In addition to having website access, hard copies are provided to Park Owner Members in a Park Owners' Manual. (However downloading the forms allows you to personalize them to your business, saving you hours reproducing them and also eliminating the possibility of errors).  INCREASING THE RENT

 

Rent Increase Provisions for Manufactured Home Parks
Details on giving rent increases.

 

Notice of Rent Increase - Manufactured Home Site
Park owners must use this notice to notify tenants of site rent increases. This notice is not used where a tenant rents a manufactured home - as well as the site - under the single tenancy agreement.

 

Application for Additional Rent Increase
A landlord must use this form to apply for an arbitrator's approval for a rent increase in an amount greater than the amount specified in the Residential Tenancy Act, the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act and associated regulations.

 

Schedule of Parties
If the form you are completing does not have enough room for additional applicants or respondents, use this Schedule of Parties to continue. It is to be filed with your completed application.

Measures to Protect Against Illegal Activities
Provides information on preventing illegal activities in a residential tenancy and outlines measures available in the Residential Tenancy and Manufactured Home Park Tenancy acts to end a tenancy of a tenant engaged in illegal activity.
