ENDING A TENANCY

 BY AGREEMENT

Agreement to End the Tenancy - MHPOABC 1
Form to be signed by a tenant who is selling his/her home, in order to legally end the tenancy and permit signing of a new tenancy with the purchaser, as specified in the Act.

 BY ARBITRATION

Procedure for Eviction, Order of Possession & Bailiffs - MHPOABC 26
Includes a copy of the BC Supreme Court Affidavit of Service.

 EVICTION WITH TIME TO SELL HOME

Licence to Occupy - MHPOABC 4
Agreement to allow a home to stay and be sold, even though the tenant is evicted and must immediately move out.

 DEATH

Death of Tenant, Public Trustee, Mentally Incapable - MHPOABC 37

 ABANDONMENT

Abandoned Manufactured Home - MHPOABC 38
also Procedure for Searching Property Title and Personal Property Security Act for ownership and mortgages (see also MHPOABC 20 & MHPOABC)

Affidavit of Abandonment and Sale of a Manufactured Home - MHPOABC 20
Government form: Affidavit to be sworn/witnessed and sent to Registrar of Manufactured Home Registry, for landlord to use to transfer the registered ownership of an abandoned manufactured home to a new owner. Note additional information in MHPOABC 38.

Removing Mortgage or Lien from Abandoned Manufactured Home - MHPOABC 21
Government form: used by the purchaser of abandoned manufactured home to have the Personal Property Registrar remove all liens or mortgages from the home's title. (Need to search the title in order to fill in the form, see MHPOABC 38 for particulars. Also, need to check with municipality regarding any taxes owing, and check regarding compliance with the BC Electrical Safety Regulation, see MHPOABC 28.)
