The Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of British Columbia is a registered non-profit society that represents over 360 Manufactured Home Park Owner members in the province of British Columbia. We are supported by industry partners in working to make manufactured home living a very positive and attractive lifestyle choice.
Information is provided to our members through our website, newsletters, regional seminars/workshops and an annual fall convention. Conventions have been held throughout the province over the years, in Kamloops, Richmond, Prince George, Surrey, Vernon, Nanaimo, Harrison Hot Springs and Kelowna. The Manufactured Home Park Owners' Alliance of BC interacts with other industry and landlord associations, including the Manufactured Housing Association of BC, Rental Housing Council of BC, Manufactured Housing Institute (Canada), Alberta and Saskatchewan Manufactured Housing Association, the Manitoba Park Owners' Association, the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations, Rental Owners and Managers Association of BC, BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association, and the Ontario Manufactured Home Park Owners' Association.

Mission Statement:
To provide relevant services, management information, and current news to owners of manufactured home parks in British Columbia, Canada. To offer ongoing education for our members on government legislation and current market trends, and thereby raise the standards for our industry. To represent members' concerns and issues in dealing with government. The sharing of knowledge and experience between our hundreds of members helps to support their efforts to provide quality manufactured home park communities throughout the province.
